Alan is an Associate Director of Operations and European Business Unit Leader. Reporting to the Operations Director, Alan plays a key role in the successful delivery of projects across his assigned regions. He oversees projects from planning right through to handover and applies his extensive engineering and project management expertise to ensure projects are delivered safely, to the highest standard, on schedule and within budget. Alan is highly experienced delivering multiple key projects throughout Europe and Australia.
