PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project involved new build and retrofit (including swing space) of 18,000m² high specification offices for Google EMEA Headquarters in Dublin Gordon House.

The works included the demolition and alterations of existing services and installation of new mechanical and electrical systems.

This was a LEED project, requiring Kirby to work within strict LEED guidelines and to select LEED approved materials and equipment.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Kirby scope of works included the installation and commissioning of all electrical and mechanical services.
