PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby delivered full mechanical and electrical services on Adare Manor, a five star award-winning hotel redevelopment within a highly complex protected building structure.

The labour on site peaked at 215 and the project involved works on 9 buildings – the redevelopment of existing manor house, construction of a new 90-bedroom wing, energy centre, ballroom, golf club, facilities complex and all associated external lighting.
