PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby was appointed as electrical contractor for a 25,000m² office fit-out for WeWork. The projected consisted of fully exposed high level services installation, underfloor services, structural cabling and mechanical power across 8 floors. Kirby completed the project successfully within a challenging schedule, with manpower peaking at 60.

Kirby scope of work included the installation and commissioning of electrical services.

The total project meterage included 70,000m of cable, 13,000m of containment. 2,200 light fittings were also installed.
