PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Kirby was responsible for the installation of mechanical services for the project at George’s Quay, Dublin 2.
The project involved alterations to the existing office and new fit-out installation of the second and third floors. This included all new mechanical services such as HVAC, Piping, Fire Suppression System and integration of the existing BMS system to new equipment and controls.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Kirby was responsible for the mechanical scope of works.
The mechanical systems installed by Kirby included:

- Low Temperature Hot Water
- Supply & Extract Ventilation Distribution

- Leak Detection

Installed plant items included FCU’s, Air Conditioning Units, Supply and Exhaust Fans, Valves, Attenuators, Grilles, ZIP Taps, Inline Heaters, BMS Devices, Fire Suppression System.
