Kirby Project Manager to speak at WIT Lean event

On Thursday, May 4th 2017, Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) will host its 5th Annual WIT Lean Enterprise Excellence Forum. Kevin O’Brien, Senior Project Manager at Kirby, has been invited to the forum to outline the findings from his research into the dissemination of Lean principles in the Irish construction industry.
During his presentation, Kevin will outline the findings of his research, highlighting both the positives and negatives for the Irish construction industry, and will compare and contrast with other countries where similar research has been conducted.
The Annual WIT Lean Enterprise Excellence Forum is one of the leading Lean & OpEx events in Ireland, attended each year by hundreds of industry delegates, academics, consultants, and trainers from a variety of public and private organisations across all services and manufacturing sectors.
