Founded in 1964 in Limerick, Kirby Group Engineering is a leading mechanical and electrical engineering contractor operating across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, and directly employing over 1,800 highly-skilled professionals.

Kirby provides full mechanical and electrical contracting services as well as specialist high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) design and construction services to clients across a number of different sectors including Data Centres, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Power and Renewables.

Current Projects

Kirby is soon to commence works on a new Data Centre build in Meath. The Kirby scope of works include installation of electrical and mechanical services. The project also includes electrical and mechanical fit out of an admin office. Completion in 2025.
Kirby have commenced works on a new Life Sciences manufacturing facility in Galway. The Kirby scope of works include the full installation of mechanical and electrical services. Completion in 2026.
