PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby was appointed as the main mechanical and electrical contractor for Amgen’s pharmaceutical facility upgrade. Kirby
was responsible for the installation and commissioning of electrical services and BMS upgrade in 2 new labs, workshops
and administration areas.

Craft on site peaked at 110. Kirby implemented LEAN construction techniques throughout the project and plant room headers and ductwork were prefabricated off site.

and 7,750m² of ductwork.
