PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby was contracted to undertake complete Cat A and Cat B electrical services fit-out of 25,000m² office space in an existing shell building in Beckett House, Dublin, which was built several years ago but was kept vacant.

The project was completed under a tight schedule and to an extremely high-specification standard.

SCOPE OF WORK

Kirby scope of works included the installation and commissioning of all electrical services.

The total project meterage consisted of 75,000m of cable, 12,000m of containment and 18 number FA loops.
