PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Kirby was appointed to complete the CSA, mechanical and electrical services for a new European office and manufacturing operation in Galway City.
Works involved the complete upgrade of the existing single storey steel framed structures, providing approximately 4,500m² of high-quality contemporary office space together with 7,500² manufacturing space including cleanrooms.
BIM was used to coordinate the mechanical and electrical services for construction.
Kirby was responsible for the mechanical, electrical and CSA scope of works.

Installed equipment and plant items included pumps, HRUs, AC units and condensers, sanitary ware, water tanks, BMS, transformer and boards.
The total project meterage included 69,000m of cable, 1,100m of containment, 1,000m of piping and 850m² of duct.
