PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby was responsible for the mechanical and electrical scope of works for a new engineering building and cooling upgrade to an existing Data Centre.
The project involved the construction of the new building facility whilst simultaneously carrying out critical cooling upgrades to their live European Headquarter Data Centre and maintaining 100% resilience at all times and no unplanned outages.

Disconnection of existing electrical services to facilitate the new building to be built was completed with the use of BIM.
