PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby was responsible for the full 3D coordination and construction of mechanical, electrical/instrumentation and process pipework services for this project, which was an extension of an existing manufacturing facility. The project consisted of a production suite and laboratory which included the installation of an extraction skid and evaporator skid.

Kirby engaged with WSP CEL at the project initiation stage to validate the design criteria and carry out pre-construction coordination analysis. This key step enabled a controlled project initiation and structured delivery through construction, commissioning, project closure and handover phases.
