PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Kirby was commissioned to complete an office refurbishment in an existing office building, converting traditional office blocks into high security offices. Kirby was the Principal Contractor for the project overseeing and managing all aspects and disciplines. Five floors of 7,230m² office space were successfully converted and handed over for beneficial use. Included within the works was the installation of 3 high security server rooms.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Kirby scope of works involved the installation and commissioning of all electrical, mechanical and CSA services.
