PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby was appointed as the main mechanical and electrical contractor for a Life Sciences facility upgrade. Kirby was responsible for the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services and BMS upgrade in 2 new labs, workshops and administration areas.

Craft on site peaked at 110. Kirby implemented LEAN construction techniques throughout the project and plant room headers and ductwork were prefabricated off site.
