PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Kirby was appointed to complete the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation scope of works for a new peptones plant, an expansion project with significant investment which incorporates an innovative and efficient autonomous state-of-the-art facility in Basingstoke, UK.
The Kirby BIM team provided a pinpoint accurate BIM model to facilitate the offsite prefabrication.
Kirby undertook multiple large and complex lifting operations including a bespoke 4 tier stainless steel spray dryer system.

The total project meterage included 84,000m of cable, 3,400m of containment, 11,350m of pipework, 1,700 instruments and loops and 17 nr. I/O.
