To that end, Kirby has built a reputation for innovative thinking, engineering excellence, LEAN construction and ensuring our clients always have direct access to Kirby Directors and personnel.

Kirby has the expertise, full-service capability and relationships with our clients to act as Principal Contractors, delivering fully-integrated MEP service offerings for turnkey projects.  We have completed turnkey projects for clients in the bio-pharma and data centre sectors including the complete fit-out of a 10,000sq.m production space for a medical device client, new classified cleanroom builds for the med-tech sector and base-build and fit-out services for data centres. Projects can be delivered on a build only or design-build basis with Kirby taking full responsibility for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services.

Our turnkey work is further complemented by our expertise in electrical high-voltage and medium-voltage transmission and distribution


Our most demanding turnkey delivery to date has been the design and build for a full fit-out of new 100,000sq.ft manufacturing facility in Ireland.  Watch this project unfold:








What We Do

Kirby recently completed a complete turnkey solution to design and build an extension to the existing facility in Shannon. The Project was delivered to a very aggressive timeline with minimal impact to capital cost, and no impact to quality or EHS.
Kirby personnel assigned to this project operated to a very high standard in project performance and management through the entire timeline. Their willingness to work with required specifications to design and deliver a high quality build and fit out ensured a very successful project.
